2. Eligibility

Jobs where the employment location is within India are generally classified as Regular Jobs.

Registered users can apply for Regular Jobs without purchasing a paid subscription, subject to the requirements and eligibility criteria specified in the individual job listing.

7. Premium Jobs – Outside India

Jobs where the employment location is outside India are generally classified as Premium Jobs.

An active paid subscription is required to apply for Premium Jobs.

Depending on the subscription plan and available features, subscribers may also receive access to similar international job opportunities, alerts, and updates.

The classification of a job as Regular or Premium may be changed if the job location or other relevant information changes.

8. Subscription Plans

The Platform currently offers the following subscription plans:

Monthly Subscription

Price: INR 99

The monthly subscription provides eligible users with access to apply for Premium Jobs available on the Platform during the active subscription period.

Yearly Subscription

Price: INR 990

The yearly subscription provides eligible users with access to apply for Premium Jobs available on the Platform during the active subscription period.

Subscription prices may be changed in the future. Any applicable price change will be communicated or displayed on the Website before purchase.

9. Subscription Access

A subscription provides access to the subscription features expressly offered by the Platform.

A subscription does not guarantee:

• Employment

• Job placement

• Interview selection

• A job offer

• A minimum number of jobs

• A specific number of applications

• Visa sponsorship

• Work permit approval

• Relocation assistance

• Any particular salary or compensation

• Selection by an employer or recruiter

The availability of Premium Jobs may vary depending on employer requirements, hiring activity, location, skills, experience, and other factors.

10. No Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are non-refundable once the subscription has been successfully activated.

No refund will ordinarily be provided due to:

• Change of mind

• Failure to find a suitable job

• Failure to receive an interview

• Failure to receive a job offer

• Failure to secure employment

• Failure to qualify for a particular job

• Not finding a suitable Premium Job

• Not using the subscription

• Not applying for jobs

• Expiration of the subscription

• Personal circumstances preventing use of the Platform

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude any refund, cancellation right, or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Subscription Expiration

Subscriptions provide access only during the applicable subscription period.

For example:

• A monthly subscription provides access during its applicable monthly period.

• A yearly subscription provides access during its applicable yearly period.

Once the subscription period expires, access to Premium Job applications will be restricted unless the user purchases another applicable subscription.

Previously submitted applications may remain subject to the applicable employer’s recruitment process.

12. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

We may receive payment-related information such as:

• Transaction ID

• Payment status

• Subscription plan

• Amount paid

• Payment date

• Subscription start date

• Subscription expiry date

Payment card details, banking credentials, UPI PINs, or similar sensitive payment credentials may be handled directly by the applicable payment provider rather than being stored by us.

Users must provide accurate information when completing a payment.

13. International Jobs

The Platform may publish job opportunities in countries around the world.

Candidates applying for international jobs are responsible for determining whether they meet the relevant requirements, including:

• Work permit requirements

Purchasing a Premium subscription does not guarantee visa sponsorship, work authorization, relocation assistance, or employment in another country.
