About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Intern to join our team in Warsaw. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, and market research in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through online research, networking, and outreach.
Assist in developing and executing business development strategies.
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends.
Support the business development team in achieving sales and growth targets.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on lead generation campaigns.
Prepare reports on outreach activities and business development performance.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent research and analytical abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
