You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of software components are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering seamless business operations through customized technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
– Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
– Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
– Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain application performance and reliability.
– Document application configurations and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
– Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Field Service Management.
– Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration techniques.
– Experience in customizing and integrating enterprise applications to meet business needs.
– Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
– Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization methods within application environments.
– Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
– The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Field Service Management.
– This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
