Position Summary

HCLTech is hiring Customer Service Representatives (Level 1 Support) for its Nagpur location. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and an interest in technical support and customer service.

As a Level 1 Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, performing initial troubleshooting, managing support tickets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts
• Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and support tickets.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and provide first-level issue resolution.
• Log, track, and manage incidents using ticketing systems (ServiceNow knowledge preferred).
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Provide timely updates and follow-ups to customers regarding reported issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher support teams when necessary.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Follow organizational processes and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (except the courses listed below).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
