About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated AI + Product Management Intern who is passionate about building AI-powered products and solving real-world business problems. This role sits at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Product Strategy, and Business Innovation, offering the opportunity to work directly with founders, product leaders, and engineering teams to identify opportunities, build AI-driven solutions, and shape product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with founders, product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI-driven opportunities across product, operations, marketing, and finance.
• Conduct strategic experiments, validate hypotheses, and monitor outcomes to drive product and business decisions.
• Independently build MVPs and prototypes to test product ideas and AI-powered solutions.
• Prototype, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions to automate workflows, optimize processes, and enhance decision-making.
• Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies, including LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
• Build internal AI tools and automation systems to improve productivity across departments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, and the overall product lifecycle.
• Perform market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify product opportunities.
• Translate business problems into scalable AI-powered product solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while operating with ownership and initiative.

Who We’re Looking

• For Students from Tier-1 engineering institutions (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, or equivalent premier institutes) preferred.
• Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience through projects, research, or internships in AI/ML, Product Management, Technical Program Management, or product-focused technical roles is a plus.
• Strong product mindset with an understanding of how user needs and business metrics influence product decisions.
• Ability to think analytically and use data to drive strategic decision-making.
• High ownership, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn emerging technologies and business concepts.
• Passionate about building products that create measurable real-world impact.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Exposure with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks.
• Exposure building AI-powered applications, APIs, or automation workflows.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and AI/ML fundamentals.
• Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, or workflow automation is a plus.
• Basic understanding of product development methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
