Key Responsibilities

Client Consulting & Solution Development

• Analyze customer business requirements and identify key problem areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design innovative technology solutions that address client needs.
• Support clients throughout the solution implementation lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality technical solutions.

Software Design & Development

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications and enterprise solutions.
• Participate in application architecture, technical design, and development activities.
• Ensure software solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and quality standards.
• Support integration activities across multiple systems and platforms.

Solution Design & Proposal Development

• Contribute to proposal preparation and solution documentation.
• Provide technical inputs and recommendations based on domain expertise.
• Assist in developing implementation approaches aligned with customer requirements and organizational standards.

Product Configuration & Deployment

• Plan and execute product configuration activities.
• Configure solutions according to approved design specifications.
• Conduct conference room pilots (CRPs) and assist in validating solution functionality.
• Support deployment activities and ensure smooth transition to production environments.

Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts

• Conduct solution demonstrations and product presentations for customers.
• Participate in Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Technology workshops.
• Prepare effort estimates and implementation plans aligned with project scope and budget requirements.

Project & Team Contribution

• Lead small projects and workstreams independently when required.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the business unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java and Java development technologies.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise application development and deployment is preferred.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
