As a Junior Verification & Validation Engineer, you will work directly with modern electrical architectures and complex, distributed automotive software platforms.

You will help ensure software stability and performance across cutting-edge systems, bridging the gap between hands-on hardware-in-the-loop testing and automated test execution.

What You Will Do

• Execute System Testing: Perform manual, scenario-based, and exploratory testing on component and system test benches, SIL/HIL rigs, and complete test vehicles.

• Feature Validation: Verify and validate emerging vehicle platform features across ADAS, infotainment, and core software systems.

• Test Automation: Develop and maintain functional and non-functional automated test scripts using Python and CAPL.

• Fault Tracing & Debugging: Investigate anomalies, analyze communication logs, trace root causes, and report software bugs to cross-functional development teams.

• Integrate & Release: Support automated test execution within modern CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery and quality.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.

• Experience: 1+ years of experience within automotive testing, validation, or embedded software development.

• Testing & Tools: Hands-on exposure to SIL/HIL test environments, CAN/LIN vehicle networks, and scripting in Python or CAPL.

• Domain Awareness: Familiarity with automotive domains such as ADAS, infotainment systems, and software integration concepts.

• Modern Workflows: Exposure to or fundamental knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).

• Mindset: Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving ability, and excitement for connected and autonomous vehicle technology.
