Senior Software Engineer – Kotlin Integration Developer (German OEM Project) Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Kotlin Integration Developer with a strong background in native mobile development, system integration, and CI/CD practices to join one of our premium engineering teams. In this role, you will work on a high-impact project for a leading German Automotive OEM, building and integrating cutting-edge, scalable mobile applications and connecting them smoothly with core ecosystem services. This is a fully onsite role requiring 5 days of work from the office, making it ideal for collaborative individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Application & Integration Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Kotlin code, focusing heavily on robust application and API integrations.

• UI/UX Implementation: Leverage Jetpack Compose to build modern, fluid, and highly responsive user interfaces.

• Architecture Management: Ensure clean code architecture and seamless data flow by strictly adhering to the MVVM pattern.

• CI/CD Automation: Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline application integration, testing, deployment, and delivery.

• Performance Optimization: Identify and fix bottlenecks, debug complex integrations, and maintain robust application performance and responsiveness.

• Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and international stakeholders (German OEM) to translate system integration requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Experience: 3–6 years of professional experience in native Android development and systems integration.

• Core Language: Strong expertise and deep understanding of Kotlin.

• Modern UI: Proven hands-on experience building layouts using Jetpack Compose.

• Design Patterns: Complete proficiency in application architecture using MVVM.

• DevOps/Automation: Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise) for automated integration building, testing, and deployment.

• Availability: Immediate joiner who is fully comfortable working onsite from the office all 5 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Prior experience working on automotive apps, infotainment systems, or connecting mobile apps with European/German OEM vehicle platforms.

• Familiarity with reactive programming (Coroutines, Flow) for handling asynchronous integration streams.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work smoothly with international integration teams.
