About the NATS Apprenticeship Program

The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is an initiative through which our organization engages recent graduates for a one-year apprenticeship program. This scheme offers structured, hands-on training and professional skill development within a global manufacturing environment, cultivating top talent for the future workforce.

What You Will Do

As a Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee, you will be part of the LCCI team and support colleagues in day-to-day supply chain and logistics activities. This role is designed to give you hands-on experience, a deep understanding of global supply chain operations, and strong fundamentals in logistics systems and processes.

You will collaborate in a global environment supporting logistics operations across Europe, North America, South America, and Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support team members in executing assigned supply chain and logistics activities.

• Assist with day-to-day logistics operations and administrative tasks.

• Help update and maintain master data in core supply chain systems.

• Perform data extraction, basic analysis, and reporting to support operational needs.

• Assist in creating and updating logistics-related data in systems such as TMS and ERP.

• Support purchase order (PO) and sales order (SO) creation for logistics services and packaging.

• Track operational deviations and follow up under senior guidance.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation.

• Assist in building and maintaining operational dashboards using tools like Power BI and Python.

Who You Are

You are a recent graduate who is eager to learn, curious about supply chain operations, and motivated to build a long-term career in Logistics. You enjoy working with data, systems, and people, and you feel comfortable supporting team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

• Interest: Basic understanding or strong interest in Supply Chain and Logistics (prior exposure to production, logistics, or supply chain environments is an advantage).

• Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn tools such as TMS, ERP systems, Power BI, Power Automate, Python, and Excel.

• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Communication: Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a multi-cultural, global team setup.

• Mindset: Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong learning orientation.
