💻 About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across the technology stack to build customer-facing journeys and internal platforms that simplify the lending and financial services experience.

You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of solutions from design and development through deployment, iteration, and continuous improvement, while helping shape engineering practices and technical direction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customer-facing applications and internal tools
• Build solutions that simplify and improve financial and lending journeys
• Develop products supporting the complete lending lifecycle, including:
  • Applications
  • Credit decisioning
  • Servicing
  • Collections
• Take ownership of features from initial design through production deployment
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Contribute to technical architecture and engineering standards
• Explore and implement AI-enabled development practices
• Mentor other engineers and share technical knowledge
• Help improve scalability, reliability, quality, and development practices

🛠️ Required Technical Skills

• Strong full-stack software engineering experience
• React
• TypeScript
• Python
• Django
• REST APIs – development and integration
• PostgreSQL
• AWS
• Experience building clean, scalable, and reliable applications
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
