Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Adaptive AUTOSAR Software Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in automotive software development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Modern C++ (C++14/17/20), Adaptive AUTOSAR, Embedded Linux/QNX, secure communication technologies, and automotive networking protocols. The role involves designing, developing, integrating, and debugging Adaptive AUTOSAR applications for next-generation automotive platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software components based on the Adaptive AUTOSAR platform.
• Implement and integrate Adaptive AUTOSAR services including:
  • Communication Management (ara::com)
  • Execution Management
  • Diagnostics
  • Service Discovery
• Develop applications using Modern C++14/17/20 with a strong focus on object-oriented design and software quality.
• Implement and optimize SOME/IP, IPC mechanisms, and service-oriented architectures.
• Work on Embedded Linux/QNX environments, including application deployment and debugging.
• Develop and maintain secure communication solutions using:
  • TLS
  • PKI
  • HSM
  • PKCS#11
  • Automotive Cryptography
  • Key Management Systems
• Integrate and validate automotive communication protocols such as:
  • Automotive Ethernet
  • DoIP (Diagnostics over IP)
  • CAN
• Perform software debugging, troubleshooting, and performance analysis using GDB and other development tools.
• Participate in software integration, testing, and release activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system architects, cybersecurity experts, and validation teams.
• Ensure software compliance with automotive cybersecurity standards including ISO/SAE 21434.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in automotive embedded software development.
• Strong programming expertise in Modern C++ (C++14/17/20).
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR architecture and services.
• Expertise in Embedded Linux and/or QNX.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle software architectures and service-oriented communication.
• Exposure to AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform integration and deployment.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes in the automotive domain.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 automotive suppliers.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
